Googling What's Safe for Pregnancy?

Are you finding conflicting information? When I had my first prenatal client, I realized the same thing. This was almost a decade ago and there is STILL terrible information out there.

I want you to feel as comfortable as I do when I workout while growing a human. There is so much you CAN do while pregnant in order to help prevent pain, prepare for labor, and set up a more successful postpartum.

This program takes the guesswork out of what you should/can be doing during pregnancy. We will help you:

  • Learn Proper Breathing and How to Brace the Core
  • Help Connect Your Breath with Your Pelvic Floor
  • Increase Upper Back Strength
  • Prevent 'Mom Thumb'
  • Prevent Imbalances
  • Get in Tune With Your Body's Signals
  • And So Much More!
