Hi, I’m Laura


I'm a busy mom of two, entrepreneur, BirthFit Coach, Nutrition Coach, and so much more! My husband and I opened our first gym in 2013 and second location in 2018. I have coached ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes, experience levels and really believe they have all helped me, not only be the coach I am today, but to develop amazing programs to help more women!

I am so excited to help more ladies through these programs. Without the education I've built over the last several years, I would not have had the amazing pregnancies I've had.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts are about an hour long. This includes your warm up, strength/accessory, cardio, and stretching. Some can take longer but you can always put a time cap on what you're doing that day.

What equipment is required?

You will want Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells (there are substitutes if you don't have this), and bands. There are several things we can help you work around if you don't have access to a full gym.

How long do I have access to this program?

As long as this program exists, you will have lifetime access to it.

What's included in this program?

The Prenatal Fitness Program and Beginner Program include 4 days of warm ups, strength/accessory, cardio, and cooldown/stretching.

Movements included will help with:

  • Core Stability
  • Pelvic Floor Exercises
  • Opening the Pelvis for birth
  • Mobility and Posture
  • Increasing Symmetry, and more

The Daily Prenatal Movement Program includes 5 days of breath work, accessory (think physical therapy type movements), cooldown/stretching. This is great to add to a current program or do on days when you don't have as much time.
